Do I need to be spiritual to work with you?
Not at all. My work blends the grounded and the mystical through mindset, somatics, and energetics in a way that meets you exactly where you are. You don’t need rituals or spiritual tools to reconnect with yourself. You only need a willingness to go deeper, to feel, and to expand into the version of you that already exists beneath the surface.
